How we pick stories
Every story is read by a person before it goes up. We publish first-person stories about a real place in Victoria that are fun, inspiring or genuinely useful. We skip anything unsafe or against local rules (like off-leash where it isn't allowed), stories that shame a venue or another person, medical claims, other people's personal details and ads. We only fix spelling and trim for length; we never add details. Each story is credited the way you asked.
Stories are personal experiences, not policy checks. Dog rules change, so always check the venue's or council's rules before you go; our venue pages and beach guide show sources and dates.
